Review by hotel critic
From the moment we arrived at The Pemberton Hotel, we were greeted by the accommodating and efficient staff who made us feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice big bed, sparkling sheets, and great pillows. The bathroom was impressive, with a combined shampoo and soap dispenser. We enjoyed the modern amenities of the hotel, despite its age, and appreciated the electronic door release/locking and power on/off systems. The rooms with balconies overlooking Pemberton's beautiful town park added to the charm of our stay. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to venture out and partake in activities like trout fishing, forest walks, and nature photography opportunities. In the evenings, we dined at the hotel's restaurant with its good value menu that changed daily. The alfresco dining area provided a modern atmosphere while the gas heaters kept us warm during the colder nights. The Pemberton Hotel provided us with a comfortable and pleasant stay, thanks to its friendly staff, convenient location, and range of activities to explore. We look forward to returning and discovering more of what this charming region has to offer.
